One bedroom, bathroom and office available in a quiet country house with a cat.

I have a spare bedroom, main bathroom & optional office available to be used in a three bedroom, quiet and peaceful house with a very friendly ginger cat! Occupied by the owner who is based in the main bedroom and ensuite.

Non-smoking, minimal drinking household.

It has a beautiful view of the sorrounding hills, a large kitchen and lots of parking available.

It is currently under planning for landscaping (nothing major) but lawns are not yet in place.
Make yourself comfortable in your air-conditioned vacation home. The bathroom has a bathtub or shower and a hair dryer.
