New rental house in 2025, this beautiful T4 house in the center of Bagnères-de-Luchon is entirely independent, completely renovated in 2024 and lovingly furnished. It includes parking for 3 cars, a garden with outdoor dining, a garage with ski storage, a heated shoe rack and a secure bike storage.

100m from the town centre and 200m from the gondola, this T4 house is in a fantastic place for all amenities. Everything you need for a wonderful stay is included in the rental. All bedding and towels are included.

The ground floor includes a large fully equipped kitchen and dining room, a living room with pellet stove, 2 sofas and a large TV, a workspace with desk, a laundry room, a toilet and a small garden room.

The first floor includes a master bedroom with en-suite shower room, a family room with a 140 cm double bed and a 90 cm single bed, a 3rd bedroom with a 140 cm bed, and another shower room.

The outdoor area is fully secured and includes private parking for 3 cars, a garden with coffee table, dining table and seating, a secure garage with ski room, a heated shoe rack and a bike storage.

The house has central heating and a pellet stove. All pellets are included. The TV offers regular channels as well as Netflix and Prime included. Internet is very fast Orange Fiber.

There is an electric hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster etc, everything you need for a wonderful stay.

Tout était parfait !
L'emplacement est idéal, très proche de Superbagnères et des commerces.La maison est très bien décorée, spacieuse et confortable pour toute notre famille. Tout est soigné et accueillant, de petites attentions dès l’arrivée, serviettes et draps inclus...il nous restait juste à profiter de nos vacances.
