This home is the perfect place for quiet family or social group gatherings. This beautiful 1885 Home is located in a quiet. The neighborhood is within walking distance of Historic Downtown Bainbridge where you can find Restaurants, Shopping, Parks, and the River & is pet-friendly. This home has a large fenced backyard and, a large gated front porch for the safety of pets and children. The home sleeps up to 11 guests comfortably in 5 BR (3 Queen, 3 Twin, and 1 Full). Office with monitor, Wi-Fi, and Full Laundry.

This home is a large 2-story historic home that sets on a 1/2 ac. Corner lot.
3.5 blocks to Downtown amenities including
Award-winning Restaurants, Shopping, Chasin Park overlooking the Flint River and more

Parking will accommodate at least room for 2 smaller boats or one large boat and 4 cars/trucks.

We do ask that all fish cleaning be off the property. All grease-fried foods be prepared outdoors too! Air fryer provided for indoor frying. We will provide an outdoor deep fryer upon request.
