We arrived to the hotel at 2 am with my 4 grandkids one of them a disable child. Front desk informed us that the room they had for us us on the 5th floor but that their elevators were broken down my money was tight up as I had paid in advance we were told that at 8 am the elevators were to be repaired we checked out at 11:45 am Saturday and the elevators were still not working and I was told that this was not something new our rooms were not cleaned and we have to go down 5 floors to get new towels inaceptable I expect a full refund

mediocre stay but spacious room
We tried to check in early, but the room wasn't ready. Once we got to the room we found it spacious, but unfortunately it was so loud. Sounds seemed to carry and we heard every noise above us and in the hallway. The breakfast was mediocre and the seating it the lobby was not enough to hold everyone. They ran out of a lot of the food items, despite someone trying to keep it filled. There was a hair in my oatmeal, which was gross.

After traveling on the roads for long hours, we were happy to arrive safely. The reception was very welcoming with free flavored water and coffee and tea service. The room was laid out well and very clean, exactly what we needed for a small family. I would definitely recommend this property

The Home2 properties are an excellent price for the fee. The breakfast is amazing. This property had some elevator issues, and the hide-a-bed was not in great shape, however, the property accepted the information and was going to check into it.
