We really loved the outdoor areas - saunas, jacuzzi, and the fire pit. Food was awesome and the atomoshere was very cozy. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

I had the most incredible stay at Windermere House Resort, which truly exceeded my expectations! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. The resort’s grounds are absolutely breathtaking—lush gardens, and stunning lake views that make you feel like you're in paradise. The accommodations were luxurious, with every detail thoughtfully designed for comfort. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and had a private balcony where we could relax and watch the sunset each evening. The bed was so comfortable that I slept like a dream every night! Overall, this was a dream vacation, and I can't recommend [Resort Name] enough. Whether you're looking for relaxation, adventure, or a bit of both, this place has it all. I will definitely be returning!

Breakfast buffet was terrible. Worse than anything you ever could have received at a Motel 6. Scrambled eggs were not even real eggs, and cold, cheap fruits that looked like frozen fruit, I didn’t even recognize the spreads for toast, Coffee was really watered down and weak. It seems that every attempt was made to make this as cheap a breakfast as possible Pub food on the otherhand was good, we went there twice Finally we got a room that did have a balcony lake view but was a completely different room than what was shown on Expedia website. This had really cheesy crappy chairs to sit in instead of the nice couch that we should have had Windermere staff was unable to change us to the room we booked and should have been in

The property and fall scenery were just beautiful. I was so very impressed to see the outdoor pool and hot tub open and the water view saunas looked amazing! Unfortunately I have a cast on my arm and couldn't use these spectacular outdoor facilities but we hope to return when I can. My only disappointment was our dinner in the downstairs pub. Far too expensive and the meal was a letdown. But overall this is a wonderful property.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Our room was above average in size for hotels and had a balcony overlooking the water. The included breakfast was excellent with many fresh choices. As soon as we arrived, I couldn't help but compare it to St. Andrew's By The Sea. Pleasantly surprised that we have such a wonderful place in Muskoka.

Beautiful yet subdued property with elegant features throughout the building and rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beginning of the off season so I believe the hours of the restaurant and pub were limited but what we did experience food and drink wise was very good.
