The villa has a terraced design; the upper level is the parking lot, from which stairs lead down to the entrance level. Here, you will find a 35-square-meter terrace with a wonderful panorama of Lake Balaton and a garden dining table. The entrance level has a hall, a dining room with a kitchen, a TV fireplace room, and a toilet. On the first floor, there are five bedrooms and two bathrooms. From the entrance level, there are stairs leading to the lower level, with a barbecue, ping-pong table, wine cellar, and an enclosed shower.
