The guy that checked me in was very nice. I had called earlier and he was also very knowledgable on the phone. I went down to breakfast and the woman helping with breakfast was very courteous and kind. Going to keep this hotel on my roster when i visit again.

The area looks rough but the rooms were nice. Beds were firm (I liked, great night sleep). A little noisy with traffic but nothing that I couldn’t sleep through. Clean bathroom. Breakfast looked nice and plentiful. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

It was a very pleasant stay. The room was excellent, so was the service. The complementary breakfast was also great. The only thing annoying was the elevator. It took a lot of time to come down. I would recommend this property.

The price was good compared to other hotels, and the room was relatively clean Customer service on day one was not good, person looked like the supervisor/ manager because she was standing behind 2 ladies who wete checking people in. She had poor PR; when l asked a question, instead of responding respectfully, it was as though she wanted to begin an argument. My family stayed in room 306. The carpet at the entrance of the bathroom is worn out exposing some metal which has rough edges. We found the location to be noisy with psssing trains early in the morning. Breakfast was okay, but l was surprised to see bacon brought in just before the area was closed.
