The toilet was stopped up. Mice in the room. Roaches. Dirty room Dirty sheets I had a damn allergic reaction!

We were there 8 days and they only made our bed once. Never cleaned our room. We had to ask for clean towels and wash clothes. They gave us 2 towels and no wash clothes The breakfast was outstanding. The woman that took care of the food was always busy cleaning and keeping the food filled and clean. She had a very positive attitude

Overall "dirty" appearance and smell when walked it. Checked in room, after 16 hrs of work, room smelled of cigarette and funk. Went back to desk and wanted refund, they declined. Man said " ill put you in a better room." Next room Was without the odor, but overall dirty feel; than i saw a bug crawling on the bed and hairs at bottom of bed sheets, that were not mine. Trashy disgusting place.

Disgusting
Very nasty, stains on carpet, microwave has rust, furniture peelings, outlets don’t work. Customer service is no good. I literally was there for 2 hours and they won’t refund my full amount. I could not stay there in those conditions. Also the front desk can be very rude.

Property could definitely use some updating, carpets and furniture in the common areas looked a bit worn. Staff wasn't really friendly (didn't speak except to ask for ID and tell me room number); but it was 11:30PM when I checked in. One elevator doesn't work at all, and to use the other elevator you need to take the stairs to the second floor and then call for the elevator. Room was clean, and bed was comfortable, however the bathroom could use some work - peeling paint and wallpaper, mainly because the bathroom fan is worthless. Didn't get to try the free breakfast as it ended at 9:30AM - even on a Sunday, which seems too early for the weekend. Fortunately Dunkin and McDonald's less than 1 mile away to get some breakfast. Overall the place was in decent shape and I would stay here again if I needed a room for the night because it served the purpose I needed - a clean room to get a good night's sleep and a hot shower.

i went to three different rooms because the 1st did not have a security dead bolt then one had a leaking sink and the toilet flooded and water went everywhere. the third there was no shower curtain and missing items. i paid a lot and not happy with the service. i want a refund...... -julie egonu
