The water was slow to get hot. I was used to having breakfast included when staying at hilton and it was not disclosed when I booked. Checked out day earlier and booked with Marriot.

I enjoyed my staycation. The staff was great. There is 2 things that needs to be worked on the mattress is a little too firm/hard and the bedding/covers are no good either. The television service/cable needs updating it says things it doesn't do. Those are my two issues but overall I liked it and I would return.

Room was clean. However, we booked a room for 4, however towels and beddings were only provided for 2. Had to pick up additional at reception. No towels in pool area, had to ask at reception. trash in pool area that did not get cleaned up. no kitchen personal available to prepare pancakes for breakfast.

Lousy shuttle service. Front desk gave wrong directions for pick up. Said door 7 and should have been island 7. Lost lost recalled, waited one hour when another hotel felt bad and picked me up. Hotel charged $11 for two $1 items at walmart. Ridiculous. Used Uber to leave instead of shuttle
