It’s ok. Nothing to brag about. A bit outdated. Lots of dogs. Couch was stained. Small pool but ok for kids. Small terrace but also ok.
They do not want to let you in before check in time AT ALL. Staff not super knowledgeable about Baltimore. If you are there during the week there is a free water taxi taking you from one side of the harbour to the other
Property was convenient in location.
Hotel was fully packed, went down to front desk to ask for toilet paper, took about 20-30min to be delivered to room.
Staff was friendly and professional.
The only issues I had were the air conditioning in my original room not working, and the fact that there was no effort to maje it better. They switched the room, but no gesture of good will about the hassle it caused me.
The hotel front desked saw the reservation with one bed, but she neglected to inform me that she was giving me a room with 2 beds. When we got upstairs to the room i called the front desk and they informed me that they were sold out without saying it. I was surprised the room smelled moldy and there were stains all on the floor and walls. I would not recommend this hotel!
When we checked in September 13th the air condition was not working on the entire building. The staff did not advise anyone that the AC was not working. It was 85 degrees in my room. We did not have air conditioning fir two days of our stay. The staff continued to stall and lie about the status of the air conditioning unit. A pipe burst on my floor and the carpet smelled like mildew everyday. I will never stay here again
We were able to check in early as we were there a little after 3 pm. The staff was friendly and courteous. Our room was on the 3rd floor. It was a very nice room with a couch and king bed. We initially did not have towels in our bathroom. The staff quickly fixed this problem and had towels delivered to our room. The room was clean. The shower was fantastic. The couch and bed were comfy.
The air conditioning was broken in our room. We tried for 2 hours to get it to come on. The front desk put a work order in to fix it, after an hour (11pm) i had to call back because my son needed to go to sleep. It was eventually fixed aboit midnight. The pull out couch had stains on the cushions also which made me leary. For the amount I spent I would've expected more put of Hyatt!

No Food, no air conditioning
I feel bad for putting this review on however I am. The staff was incredible. The building and amenities however were not. Our room was extremely hot for both days and they air conditioner only worked a quarter of the time. The staff did respond and "fixed it" however it did not stay fixed for long. Second day woke up to the fire alarm going off. Proceeded to the stair case as instructed as water is pouring for the ceiling. There was no other way out on the 8th floor so you had to walk through the water. The restaurant should not be labeled as that, as there is no restaurant. They would serve fries however their fry machine was down. For the price I paid for the room, I was sadly not impressed. The staff was the only reason why I stayed there as they were so kind and did the best they could.
