I was switched to 3 different rooms my first night. In addition, I arranged housekeeping services when I arrived (before the room changes due to broken heat). When I called to verify, I was hastled about not making the arrangement in time. Eventually, it was arranged, but I was very disappointed overall. The receptionist Grace was amazing, and super helpful during my stay.

Coach and carpet had stains. Rooms smelled horrible occasional gas smell mixed in with rotting wood. No microwave or iron in room. View from the room was of a parking lot. Had to pay $$$ for parking. Its not a hotel its a motel. Couldn't wait to leave checked out early. We didn't trust that the bathroom was clean had to take a shower at a relatives house and we didn't sleep under the covers because I almost forgot the bed had stains also. Regretful horrible experience to say the best never ever again would not recommend.

Great location
Great area. Great staff. Breakfast wasn’t surprisingly pretty good. But can’t beat the area. I had left another hotel because it was in such a sketchy area. Baltimore is dicey.

Everything was amazing had no issues other than Expedia, highly don’t recommend using them. They they sent over 1 night instead of two. Hotel took care of it and then this morning my key card didn’t work after I got breakfast for elevator and they said it checked me out at 3am and they took care of it

Girl's weekend
We went to Inner Harbor for a girl's weekend. The hotel was very nice and within walking distance to many great things to do and restaurants. The valet service is well worth the price!!
