The staff was great. The rats outside running all over and trying to climb on and in our bikes was not ok we left with full refund

Towels were ripped up and had hair in them, the room smelled like smoke even though there was a no smoking sign, stained bedsheets, the AC was covered in dust bunnies, under the bed was also dusty, there was a cockroach near the sink, and there were any fridges or even microwaves in 2 out of the 3 rooms I booked for the night. Not to mention the person at the front desk had zero customer service skills, very blunt and not at all welcoming, had a condescending and passive aggressive tone when asked a simple question about payment.
