Great stay just needs some tweaking

Could have been cleaned a little better. The drain in the tub wouldnt stay down for my young childs bath. There wasnt a microwave in the room like id hoped. Great service and great view!

Rm 325 has active bed bugs! Spoke with the supervisors Donna and Angel at the front desk who advised there is NOTHING they can do after pictures and videos was provided but pass my information on to the eco lab for an investigation and follow up from the GM Taivon Jackson. Provided me a black trash bag and told me to put the bedding in it so it can be cleaned, I declined! Customer service not so great at all! No sense of urgency. Free parking offered. Just want to make others aware.

This property has fallen apart. Elevator problems and only one set. Flooring in lobby coming up. Some front doors broken. Rooms need updating especially the bathrooms. Many new staff. They don’t appear to be as friendly as the past staff

Very convient place to stay right in the harbor. Great dining options located right in the building and a great place to stay due to location. Eveything is close and once we parked there was no need to get in the car to drive at all. Everything in walking distance and so accessible. Great dining options all Around the area . Staff were excellent and very helpful! My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay celebrating our Anniversary for a weekend. We will be back to stay there! Very pleased.

I thought for the money I spent for one night was outrageous with nothing provided unless you pay extra: parking, early check in, no coffee in room, not lounge. No offense I will not stay at this hotel ever again! We asked the front desk for a cart to take our luggage up to our room her response we have them but don’t know where they are at!! Really!?!?!
