The hotel was close to many of the attractions in the inner harbor. We were able to walk and do all the things we wanted. Check-in/Check out was easy and room was clean, affordable and spacing was efficient for us.

If you use a third party as partner to book rooms there has to be better cooperation between the property/company and Hotels.com passing the buck back and forth is no way to do business and it reflects poorly on both.

From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Each day, I was greeted warmly and thanked for choosing the hotel, which made my stay feel personal and appreciated. The hotel itself is beautiful and there did seem to be a lot of maintenance going on, and the rooms are comfortable but the bathroom seemed dated. Although there were a few amenities I would have appreciated, such as a hotel manual in the room to provide information on the restaurants and other amenities, the experience was still exceptional. The internet was reliable, though it did come with an additional cost, which I would have preferred to see included. Parking was very convenient, although the cost added up a bit over my three-night stay. Offering alternative parking options could enhance the experience for guests staying longer. However, the ease of access to parking was a plus. Overall, I would highly recommend for its excellent staff and the warm, welcoming environment they create. Thank you for a memorable stay—I look forward to returning!
