The hotel was great. My only grievance is the area outside can be noisy at night. You're in the city so don't be surprised at that. The people outside stick to themselves, but there is the often character who will happen to walk by or linger outside the hotel. Otherwise this was a great stay and I would certainly recommend anyone to book.

Everything in the room was excellent front desk staff was very helpful. I did not like the sports bar i went and sat down nobody came by or said can i help after a couple minutes of being ignored i walked out.

Staff were extremely helpful from where to buy groceries to directions to venues etc. Responded quickly re concern re room- mattress poor, broken springs. When this was brought to the attention of staff was replaced. Parking more afforeable off site. Four minute walk saved hundreds of dollars. Nice that there was a small restaurant/bar on site. Nice for a nightcap after a long day of sightseeing .

Amazing hotel with awesome location. Everything is within few minutes of walking distance. Very secure. Suite we booked was spotless. Staff was absolutely terrific. Overall experience from valet parking to checkin, overnight stay in comfy suite to morning breakfast was all delightful.
