It was a nice experience. Great staff, nice facilities, well equipped. I don't like the fact I had to check in online and had to arrive at the hotel and wait at the frontdesk for additional 20minutes to check in again. Don't make me check in online when I have to recheck-in when I arrive. I was also charged online when checking in and charged additional when checking in again at the frontdesk. I am hoping that would be reverted. Other than these concerns, everything looks good.

IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE FOR MY ELDERLY PARENTS TO HAVE A ROOM MORE ACCESSIBLE TO THEM THAN HAVING TO WALK UP THE STAIRS AND THEN GET LOST BECAUSE NO ONE TOLD US ABOUT THE NUMBERING SYSTEM AND THEY HAD TO NOW GO ON TH OTHER SIDE FOR THE EVEN NUMBERS

Breakfast was an insult.
Pretty average for a Super 8. Well maintained but not outstanding The most outstanding thing was the lack of breakfast. They advertise free breakfast but the only thing available was little granola bars. No fruit . No yougurt. Nothing hot. An empty 8 foot table with two little bowls of granola bars. I felt lied to and insulted.

There was construction going on right outside my room, hotel staff did not tell me about it, or i would have cancel my booking. big machines started drilling early morning. i just came to have a good sleep, slept for just 4 hours. called the front desk, they said they cant do anything about it. though rooms were clean with clean bedsheets and towels.
