The apartment is a spacious and bright 1 bedroom of 52m² for 4 people with a unique sea view at 180° on the bay of Sanary-sur-Mer and the open sea. It is facing south-east, on the 4th (and last) floor with elevator, in a quiet environment at the edge of the water.

It benefits from the 4 ★★★★ rating issued by the Ministry of Tourism, through the Tourist Office of Sanary.

Located 10 minutes walk from the marina and Portissol beach, you have easy access to all shops, restaurants, bars and entertainment.

In summer you can go to the open-air market every morning (once a week off-season) or enjoy the large Provencal market on Wednesday morning. This one was elected Most Beautiful Market of France in May 2018 by 4 million viewers of the TF1 news!

For sleeping, there is a room with two twin beds (allowing 2 single beds or one queen-size bed 160 cm) and a sofa bed (140 cm) in the living room. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a shower and a shower screen.

The balcony is furnished for meals and relaxation: electric roller blind, deckchairs, tables and chairs. You can store your bikes in the (locked) room provided for this purpose and park your car on the secure parking (by a barrier to entry of the impasse) at the foot of the building (which has an access code).

The apartment is practical and convenient, with very comfortable bed(s), and private parking in a quiet and lovely location at the base of cliffs with a good sized terrace and great views overlooking the bay of Sanary. Restaurants, cafés and shops in the port area just a 5 minute stroll from the apartment. Sanary is a lively place in July with a market every evening in the port as well as other street entertainment and lots of choice for eating and drinking. Beaches are within 15 or 20 minutes walk depending which direction you go in. Highly recommended!

The view is fantastic; it is from very high up. The owner and manager do a thorough job and are helpful. You have to arrange an in-person meeting when you arrive and leave. Everything in the apartment is clean and functioning. Everything in the apartment is basic, and you need to bring or rent linens (we suggest bring or buy on location) and bring or buy all food needs (like olive oil, etc.). There is no air conditioning but you can get a cross breeze going. The elevator comes in handy. We would recommend this place. We had been to Sanary before and this visit was very enjoyable. Thanks Vincent and Bruno! Google translate: La vue est fantastique ; il est de très haut . Le propriétaire et le gestionnaire font un travail approfondi et sont utiles . Vous devez organiser une réunion en personne à votre arrivée et départ. Tout dans l' appartement est propre et le fonctionnement . Il n'y a pas de climatisation mais vous pouvez obtenir une brise croix va . L'ascenseur est très pratique. Nous recommandons cet endroit . Very good property in an excellent location.
We have been in the apartment previously and many of the facilities have been upgraded since our last visit. Nearly everything is of a good standard now although we believe it is time that the bed (two singles that fit together as a large double) is replaced by a new more comfortable one. The check in/out arrangements with the local agent were good and very helpful. The location of the apartment is the star feature as it overlooks the bay across a restricted section of the promenade and has an excellent balcony. The apartment is quiet but only only 7/8 minutes walk from the market area and old town area. Sanary is a charming mix of working fishing port and low key holiday resort with, we think, one of the best daily markets on the Cote D'Azur (possibly only Nice could claim to have a better one). There are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. Overall we had an excellent holiday, with very good weather as a bonus, and hope to visit again.

Wunderbare Aussicht und tolle Lage
Der Aufenthalt war traumhaft. Es gab nichts auszusetzen. Das Appartement hat eine traumhafte Lage - sehr zentral- und gleichzeitig einen sehr schönen Blick auf das Meer. Der Sandstrand ist fussläufig erreichbar und auch der Weg zu den damaligen Unterkünften der Exilliteraten ist bequem erreichbar.
