Great location within easy walking distance of nearly all areas of interest or transportation. Grounds and rooms clean and well maintained. Staff friendly and helpful. The only issue was that of the washer/dryer. Not available in the rooms, and only 2 washers and dryers available on the whole property. There was nearly always a line to use them. Inconvenient.

The hotel is close to everything you need. We never had to use our car after parking in the spacious underground garage. The hotel provides transit passes for the length or your stay which we used to get to the gondola ride. The hotel itself is beautiful; my wife loved the spa and that made staying at the hotel made our trip wonderful.

We booked the one bedroom king suite with a balcony and a view of the mountains. We were very disappointed in the view, we couldn’t see the mountains, only the apartments across the street. The unit was outdated and not worth the high amount we paid for it. We were there the first week of August, 2025.

Expensive but we got a beautiful, very comfortable room. It was a suite with a fireplace and a tiny kitchen with a water kettle, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, along with plates, bowls, and silverware. Restaurants, grocery and stores were conveniently close, one or two blocks away. The only thing I did not like was that our walk in shower, though it looked clean, had a smell.

The hotel and staff are both very good but the price is expensive even for Banff. We paid over $1200/night for a regular king room. The location of the hotel is very good and the free parking is helpful.

This hotel isn’t bad but in certain areas they need to spend some money, the carpet on the floor outside of the rooms needs replacing , Banff on the whole is expensive in relation to what you get for value for money.The staff were excellent and very accommodating.
