Absolutely love this hotel, it’s beautiful, nice rooms, hot tubs, pool, fire pit, fire place in side, decent little gym, sauna, and most importantly, the staff here are always excellent! They really go above and beyond for their guests! Highly recommend to anyone!

This hotel is in literally the perfect location. We walked EVERYWHERE; shops, spa, restaurants, the grocery store down the block for last minute snacks. We only used our rental car to get to the Banff Gondola and Lake Louise. The room was in pristine shape, the bed was super comfortable, and the hotel overall was absolutely beautiful. So rustic and cozy yet modern and had everything we could've asked for. Best of all, the staff were wonderful, so warm and welcoming and helpful. We met a few people by the outdoor hot tub and fire pit who said they've visited Banff 5 times and have stayed there every single time because nowhere else compares. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!
