Excellent hotel with first class staff. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Immaculate housekeeping. Very convenient for Lumpini metro station and the new "One Bangkok" shopping mall. Special mention for the reception and concierge teams.

This hotel is a great choice. I have stayed here before and it never disappoints. A big plus is the view from the room, looking along Rama IV Road and toward Lumphini Park. The park is excellent for a morning stroll and can be easily accessed by crossing under Rama IV Road using the MRT (Lumphini) entrances. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast selection is excellent. Access to the hotel is easy using Lumphini MRT, as the hotel is a very short walk east of the eastern exit (Exit 1A). I am sure that I shall stay here again.

Well maintained and looked fresh, newly renovated? Delivered what it promised in the app. No hotels.com VIP treatment, not mentioned any possible upgrades. When asked, the young lady looked for a minute at the computer and told me no upgrades were available. In the app, rooms were still available. Pool opens only at 9.00 am, very late for travelers who want to swim before discovering the city. Easy to use the MRT and good access to One Bangkok and Lumpini/Benkitti Park for some exercise

Good location: next to MRT and shopping center. Staff and size of room was good. Let me just point out few major problems; I stayed for 7 nights so had plenty of chance to see if these problems were corrected, which was not. Major problem with internet connection. If any traveler is serious about connectivity, avoid this hotel. It's on and off again every single day, and one has to reboot to connect. Other problem is TV which stopped working on 4 nights. Engineer came to the room and it works for that day, but same problem next day. This problem can easily be fixed if the hotel invests some money to upgrade their system. Hopefully they fix this problem (I am a business traveler so internet connectivity is important). Also tried to use Sauna, but no towels and the room is very very small, and it was not maintained. Gym is really small also, so be aware. Good thing is the location; right next to MRT and big shopping center across the street.
