We would recommend this property every single time!! The location is amazing for getting everywhere from public transport to the tuk tuks waiting outside. The room was super spacious and the amenities were amazing. The highlight besides the friendly service was also the morning breakfast!

The room service food was honestly pretty bad. I would say it needs serious work. The prices are fine but the meals just are not good. Laundry services are very expensive but rush service is available and they did a great job on it.

The stay were amazing - it was my birthday and they had cake and a “song” ready for me...planned without my knowledge. They were great in helping arrange trustworthy transportation for our excursions. The facilities were nice, clean and accessible at the times I needed. The room service food was great, very tasty and quick. There was a slight plumbing issue at first but that was minor and quickly dealt with once I let the front desk know. I really enjoyed my time and stay.

We stayed here for 3 weeks and while here took a couple of excursions, but we kept our room here. It is affordable for an all-suite hotel. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff is gracious. When you're tired, room service is tasty and affordable. We will stay here again if in Bangkok.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, particularly the friendly staff, the thoughtful welcome drinks, and the convenient location. The suites are perfectly sized for longer stays, and each room I stayed in was well-equipped with a kitchen, including cups, water, and utensils. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. I was placed in a smoking room, which might not suit everyone's preferences, and the showers could use some improvement. The rooms have a slightly dated feel, and the shower design tends to cause water to spill onto the floor due to their construction. Despite these issues, the overall experience was positive, and the amenities made the stay comfortable.
