This was certainly a plusher hotel than the ones I was staying in previously. It is certainly not your typical Western Style 5 star hotel, but it was clean. So I'd give it 4 star max. Also, the nozzle surface and splay water of bidet toilets I checked was filthy. All good. I suspect this may be contaminated with fecal indicator bacteria, such as Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, as well as antimicrobial-resistant bacteria, rendering it a potential vehicle for cross-infection. Cleaners might want to check this. It was extremely filthy. Of course no one uses it without sitting on it, but I wanted to check out the mechanism and saw the goo that was on it. The lady at the reception was also straight faced - absolutely no smiles or a hint of a smile. Being a solo female traveller of African american origin, this made me quite uncomfortable. Otherwise the breakfast was great.

One of my favorites in Bangkok

The hostel is great. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good. The rooms are spacious and bright. Although you can hear the traffic noise when on the high floors. The bathrooms have bathtub and a shower. The location is very convenient. A few mins away from the BTS, and Central World.

The hotel is dated, not a 5 star as is today. I’m sure it was a 5 star and can be one we some work on rooms and amenities. The room was comfortable but tired. We had issues with hot water (no hot water until they fixed it), the toilet and the shower showed a lot of wear and tear. Plugs were old, didn’t always keep the outlet. Breakfast was good. The pool area is small and seems a bit of an afterthought. No view at all from the pool. There is no rooftop bar, which I found odd. The lobby had complimentary coffee and water, which was nice. The vip treatment with Expedia gave us free drinks from the minibar and apparently a room upgrade. We were on on the 11 floor, and it was loud.

The hotel is located along a main road, surrounded by many other 5-star establishments. While the location is convenient, noise from the traffic can be heard from the room. The room itself is spacious, with plenty of storage space to keep your belongings organized, However, the toiletries provided—shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel were in mini sizes and inadequate for daily use. On a brighter note, the mini-bar is restocked daily with Coke, Sprite, lemon tea, mineral water, and snacks like potato chips and nuts, which added a nice touch to the overall experience. Overall, it’s a comfortable stay, but the hotel could improve to provide more generous bathroom amenities.

Spacious and convenient, right at the centre of Bangkok. Within walking distance to Central Embassy (mall) and BTS station. In house let’s relax spa. No fuss, nice and clean. Balcony room is really nice.
