Our room 1008 was surprisingly quiet being so close to Nana Plaza. Staff were great no issues checking in and housekeeping great. Location is great for couple or single travelers but not for families with kids. Hotel has lots of dining and nightlife options. 8 minutes walk from Bts Nana station which is a train away from major malls and chatuchak weekend market. Hotel being walking distance to train help beats Bangkok heavy traffic. Hotel has shuttle service to Nana station. Hotel also has great gym and rooftop pool. Overall I would stay again in the future.

The 25th floor pool is a disgusting smoking lounge . Areas are designated for smoking but this does not help. In addition, some filthy smokers do not abide by these boundaries. All hotel staff provide incredible customer service . Smoking on property needs to be eliminated.
