The staff were brilliant, kind, polite and helpful.
The beds were very hard and the bathrooms need upgrading as well as the air conditioning. We upgraded to a deluxe room and found it strange that the tv was in front of the beds and not in the seating area. There were not enough plug sockets either. They also need to stop the chinese visitors from smoking in their rooms as this came through our air conditioning unit which was annoying as we don't smoke and it is supposed to be a no smoking hotel.
Close to the train station and staff was so helpful and accommodating. They were waiting to assist us as soon as we arrived and were always readily available. Very eager and professional!

This hotel's main positive is its location if you want to visit the main tourist attractions around the Old Town. You have to add at least 10 years wear and tear to the hotel provided pictures you see here. Air condition was noisy, but oddly, it provided a constant white noise type of sound that's didn't bother our nights' sleep.

The location is good, near of the main touristic places but the service was bad and the smell of the room was terrible all days like a sewer. In the specification said that the hotel had early check in and when we arrived told us that I have to pay 500baht more.
The location was very convenient, right outside an MRT stop and only 15 minutes walk from the main attractions.
The bed was somewhat hard and the walls paper-thin, meaning traffic from outside and conversations inside could be heard.

A bit dated, our room was dark ... but we had great and friendly service from everyone. Especially the people at the door and the restaurant dinner service.
Would definitely recommend. Hard to beat the location, only about 15 minutes walking from major attractions.
The room was large, clean, and the AC was strong (which isn't something you can say in many Southeast Asia hotels).
And the customer service of the employees was phenomenal. The front desk was always willing to help out (whether it was making copies of our passport, providing helpful directions, or even changing our bigger bills into smaller ones). And the restaurant was both delicious and convenient. I'd highly recommend.

The building is very old. The room is not what shows in the picture. It is a very noisy and small bathroom. Breakfast does not have many choices. One good thing is near MRT station.
The photography was generous on this one. They must have staged one decent looking room, because the room we had was just dirty! The tile was dirty, the bathroom was dirty. Had it been cleaned, yes. But there was just a layer of filth on everything in this hotel. We stayed one night of a 3 night stay, and got another (cleaner) hotel. We were told there were no refunds by the hotel. Don’t stay here if you can avoid it
The hotel/ service is ok. Im frustrated with the fact that on your site Hotels.com it says 24 hours check in when its not. That is misleading. Miramar's Hotel website says its 2pm. They did assist us in checking in at 8am but they charged us extra for that. We even have to pay for the breakfast.
