Was given the wrong room on booking in no apology given Until I made a complaint with the booking agent Then received a letter & fruit with a free drink on our last night there so couldn’t use the voucher The room was clean but the toilet leaked also on the bathroom door the button where you close is very sharp paint flaks on the curtain runs cracked & falling of Staff helpful

They charged us for natural causes like a period on a towel.. that’s INSANEEEEE! I would never book here again. Because this is natural and out of a women’s control to be charged a fee for period blood on a towel is inhumane!
