I’d actually like to give it 3 1/2 stars but since they don’t have that reading, I will give it four it is not really a four star hotel however it was clean. The water was good. The bed was a little hard, but apparently they all are here in Thailand. Would I stay there again… No simply because I don’t think it’s advertised as should be. We accidentally went into the Rembrandt hotel just to be turned around and told us we’re actually behind the building at the Rembranbt residence, so note for all those out there the front of the building you see in the picture for the residence is actually the Rembrandt Hotel which is substantially a much much much higher end hotel.

Was given the wrong room on booking in no apology given Until I made a complaint with the booking agent Then received a letter & fruit with a free drink on our last night there so couldn’t use the voucher The room was clean but the toilet leaked also on the bathroom door the button where you close is very sharp paint flaks on the curtain runs cracked & falling of Staff helpful
