Great hotel
We like this hotel and have been before. Yes it's maybe dated but everything is clean and crisp white sheets. A really big room and as we carry a lot of luggage that suits us. Always a friendly smile and welcome. Taxi/tuk tuk ready to take you to nearby attractions. Pool looked lovely but apparently a bit cold so I didn't venture. Will stay here again.

Nice hotel but not 4 star
The hotel was nice just not what I was expecting as it was advertised 4 star. I would not say this is the case. The photos do not match what the hotel is like now. If you’re looking for a nice, basic hotel then great but if you’re wanting 4 star luxury maybe head somewhere else. Just needs some TLC and things fixing in the room.

The staff and their service were good. Spacious bedroom. However, I felt the hotel overall is outdated. Some switches in the room did not work. The carpet along the corridor had an old dirty smell to it. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Laundry was freaking expensive!!! I had to spend 100 AUD to get laundry done.

Nice quiet location although very close to the busier areas via taxi.. The hotel staff were friendly and offered always to help. Very clean. Would be helpful to have usb points in rooms and no power points by bed. Very pleasent experience.

The property and staff is great. For those seeking access to shopping and night life activity the property is not centrally located to downtown. For those seeking less traffic and quiet, but will travel by cab, this is the place.

Excellent hotel with the pool and added bonus on hot and humid days. Easy to get transport from and utilised Grab in the majority. Rooms spacious and clean, excellent breakfast and service. Would thoroughly recommend.
