Hotel is conveniently located near platinum mall & central world. However this was the worst stay ever, the AC doesn’t work - not able to adjust. Sockets at the desk area are in a weird position - not able to plug apple charges properly. Worst was the spooky experience that we encountered during our stay - we heard ‘someone’ talking IN our room. I stayed there with my 2 sisters; and 3 of us heard. When I tried to call the hotel recept, the line doesn’t work, we had to go down to change rooms. Staff wasn’t being helpful & told us only smoking rooms left, we rejected and asked for another room after multiple tries. Changed rooms and similar spooky encounter. Book at your own risk.

Good hotel, but housekeeping let us down
I won't do a lengthy review, as I've reviewed the Berkeley before. We like the hotel, but on this visit, our third, there was one issue that bears pointing out: We were in the hotel's North Tower instead of the main tower; on our five-night stay, we only requested housekeeping service on two days, hanging the "make up this room" sign on the door and illuminating the proper electronic green light before going to breakfast and being away from the room at least two hours. But both times the housekeeping staff hadn't cleaned the room and we had to call to have it serviced. The front desk was responsive enough, but it was shocking considering the overall quality of the hotel. In fairness, we would still return in the future, in hopes that the housekeeping staff will have learned its lesson.
