The location is highly convenient, offering easy access to both the MRT (underground train) and BTS (sky train), as well as being in close proximity to shopping malls. Additionally, there is a wide variety of restaurants and eateries in the area. The staff are courteous and attentive, consistently delivering excellent service. While the overall cleanliness is satisfactory, there are occasional odors, possibly stemming from the bathroom plumbing. On a few occasions, the housekeeping team has overlooked providing towels, face towels, and foot towels, though this may be attributed to their busy schedule. Overall, the experience was excellent.

Wonderful location to stay when you have a event going on at Union. Malls are in walking distance, same with BTS and MRT. Staff are super friendly and welcoming!

Communication was an issue. Very poor understanding of English. The hotel staff said breakfast was not included in the booking l, but it clearly was. Btw, breakfast was great. The biggest issue is their ability to understand English.
