Clean and Friendly Staff

Hotel is very clean and close to the BTS Green Line, nice and friendly staff. We stayed for 3 nights and felt very comfortable, we would return to this location.

The hotel is very nice with excellent rooms, beds, linens, views. The pool is amazing and the fitness center makes you want to work out. But the location is far from ALL attractions. IF you book tours, they won't pick you up there, too far out of perimeter, and taxi's have no idea how to get there if you plan your own transportation. The staff know nothing and not helpful at all. They are polite, but not helpful. Very frustrating to feel stranded there, while the property was great. If you can figure out the train system (very close by)- this will work for you. If you want your tour to pick you up, taxi, this is NOT it. And you will have 30-60 min travel time to anything as traffic is ALL day.

This new hotel is strategically located in the middle of BTS Ratchayothin and BTS Phahonyothin 24, near Major Cineplex and Major Avenue, you would got most of your basic needs! Staying in Deluxe King Room is fantastic, love the panoramic view and big windows! Excellent cleanliness, great buffet breakfast…highly recommend to stay in this property :)

2024年12月に利用しましたが、できて間もないためとてもきれいでした。 客室に大きな窓があり眺めもとてもよかったです。 BTSの駅から近く便利ですが、中心街からは遠いのが難点です。 チャトチャック市場とアユタヤへ鉄道へ行くには便利(アユタヤへ行く鉄道のセントラル駅へはタクシーで10分程度で行けます。チャトチャック市場もBTSで2〜3駅) 朝食はプラスすると高いので朝食なしにしました。一度プラス料金を払って食べてみましたが、会場がきれいで見晴らしが良いことはとてもよかったが、残念ながら美味しくはなかったです。 大人2人、子供1人で700パーツほど払いました。その価値ほどではなかったです。 ホテルの１階にセブンイレブンがあることは便利でした 客室はきれいだけど、バスタブがないことは残念でした プールを一度利用しましたが、眺めが良くきれいで気持ちよかったです。 またスタッフの方が浮き輪に空気を入れてくれたりとても親切でした ウェルカムドリンクが19階のレストランで好きな時に頂けるのもとてもよかったです
