Clean room. Very friendly and helpful staffs. Towels are old. Shampoo and body wash should be in dispenser for easy to squeeze it out. ( Can't get the liquid out from that small bottle)

We had no problems with our very late night check in, and were able to get to our rooms right away. My room was sharp looking and clean and I appreciated the shower amenities. The hotel is within walking distance to Khao San Rd while still being very quiet.

The room was clean and big enough. The services advertised were not available. Breakfast was buffet only no option to pick from the menu. Signs at all the elevators said the restauraunt was available for late afternoon and evening dining but the restaurant remained closed after breakfast. Full room service is advertised but not available. No ice available. Pool bar and restaurant are advertised but not open. Pool is warm but a bit green. Only 4 shade beds so many guests had no shade option. Front desk were helpful with reservations and booking taxis for us. I would book closer to grand palace and waterfront in the future.

Says on the sign at rhe elevator room service till 7 but there was none after breakfast. Pool bar says open till 8 but was closed. Should update your signs and website so people arent disappointed and can bring a beer to the pool since no bar service at times.

Clean, modern, courteous hotel, somewhat upscale, quiet yet just steps away from the craziness of Khaosan Rd. Nice rooftop pool. Pretty good breakfast buffet, except the OJ was basically orange-dyed sugar-water; no oranges were harmed to make it. Bar and restaurant were non-operational at the time of our visit.

Room had almost zero natural light (small window into an interior light well) despite being a “Deluxe Room”. Room was functional but felt tired/dated. Nowhere open to get a coffee / drink during the day. Pool bar not open at all. Staff very friendly. Property very clean and well-located.

Breakfast choice was excellent, room clean, staff friendly and welcoming. We would have preffered a dinner meal in the hotel. The water in the pool was probably too alkaline, as the steps were very slippery and could be injury prone.

Great location. Close enough to Khao San Road without being noisy. The room had an interior window which we found to be a little claustrophobic. Lovely room apart from not having hot water in the shower and there being mould on the tiles in the bathroom. We were at the hotel on New Year's Eve and strangely, the rooftop bar was not open. We booked the hotel so we could sit on the roof and enjoy the views if we got sick of the crowds on the street. We did this anyway.

Perfect throughout. Special mention to reception staff for lovely welcome and exceptional helpfulness throughout. Comfortable, well-maintained room, peaceful sleep. Great breakfast in pleasant surroundings, with really good service. Perfect location for sightseeing. Relaxing, unpretentiously classy place to stay. Looking forward to coming back.
