Very Diasapppointed - would only book if nothing else is available.
We were left out in the cold with no way to access the rental that we paid for . Reached out to the host multiple times with no response . I finally found a window open after sitting in the car 2 hours and we lifted my son up to crawl through the window and unlock the door . I reached out to VRBO and notified them that we could not get in contact with the just, we could not access the unit unless through a window . VRBO was finally able to contact the host and gave them call us . The host was pretty nonchalant about the entire situation and totally blamed VRBO. I followed up with VRBO and researched the situation in more detail , and VRBO provided me with all communications between them and the host along with emails and screenshots that 100% showed the host dropped the ball . If it was not for VRBO REP, we would still be sitting out in the cold . In addition , the place was pet friendly but had carpet in the unit and the entire place smells like urine and poop. I would recommend different flooring if you offer a pet friendly rental. Lastly, our party of 10 shared a few towels and wash clothes as there were not enough linens . I wouldn’t stay here again , the host seems to be uninterested in providing a quality stay.
