The perfect getaway
I can always trust Holiday Inn to be clean, comfy, and friendly. I felt so relaxed. My room was amazing. It was spacious with a desk area and a great loung chair. My room had a microwave, fridge, and coffeemaker. Everything I needed.

I experienced the worst hospitality at any of the various properties I have stayed at so far and i believe it came down to the fact that i am black. No greeting upon entering, no casual banter, and when i actually had a complaint about the air conditioning not cooling the room i had last evening, the front desk staff told me they had other rooms but they weren’t going to switch me only because the unit came on even though it didn’t not cool off the room. I ended up sleeping in my car this is a poor experience and holiday inn should do something about maintaining there reputation among travelers.

Dirty but comfortable
Short staffed and overwhelmed workers. They were pleasant enough. They did fall short on the cleanliness of the rooms. Our room had clean beds but the other furniture was gross. We didn’t sit in the chairs because of the questionable crunchy like substances on them. Also our deadbolt popped out and the door still locked but it was broken. Neither employee we spoke to about it were interested.

Really enjoyed our one night stay! Very clean, very quiet. Convenient location and parking. The only issue we had was the shower not draining. Other than that, everything was great and we’ll be back again!

I felt bad because of the morning staff.
The staff member working in the evening was a really nice person. I asked the next day for extend one more night, but the morning staff's attitude was really unpleasant. I asked two my dogs because of one is service dog, but another is not. I stayed first night with my service dog, but next day I have to take care the another too. So I asked her. But she answer that just service dog accept. She can tell me kindly ,but she was so strong and she told me leave with my dogs.I was very satisfied with the hotel, but that staff's service was unpleasant.
