The Space:
Avondale Heights by Tiny Away is a captivating 5-acre property in Wimmera-Banyena, untouched for 40 years. As a young family, we find ourselves nestled in a secluded haven, where the world beyond feels far away. The quiet beauty of our surroundings turns this place into our own paradise, where every moment together feels both intimate and eternal.
Nearby, scenes from the famous 2020 film The Dry, starring Eric Bana, were filmed in Banyena. Notably, the opening scenes were shot at Banyena Hall. Just a short drive from our cozy farmhouse, you'll find these cinematic landmarks.
With our farm stay’s ongoing renovations, lush gardens, fruit orchards, friendly horses, and a miniature pony, there's always something exciting happening at our countryside retreat.
A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers).
