The receptionist was very friendly. We had no complaints with at all. What we did not like was the inaccurate representation of the property. We paid for 2 days and left after 1 and booked somewhere else. We didn't feel comfortable having an ajoining door to a random room. The bathroom was falling apart. The toilet didn'r flush right. Bug bug and more bug flew in the room when we tried to get one out. I took a shower and ant drowned in the tub. The bedspreads loooked dingy. The box spring was covered but stained. The picrures displayed on the list werem't accurate.

We were arriving late. The office was closing at 9PM. They called to I form us were the keycard would be. It was there we went directly to our room. The room was clean and quiet We had no issues.

Overall, a great price for a clean room and a great shower. Exactly as expected, no frills but everything worked and enjoyed the stay. I did not appreciate the no room service daily, something if you wish to do is more like home, but not at all like staying in a motel. I don’t mind this type of motel service, but it shouldn’t be instituted without telling the customer. Probably was in the fine print, but I didn’t see it. Overall, I would stay here again.

The main complaint is that the shower faucet was altered so that you could not get much hot water. There's nothing worse than coming back from Acadia when you are damp and chilly and having the inability to take a hot shower. If we jad hot water, would ja e given a 4 out of 5 stars.

The pictures on the website are definitely misleading, our room was nothing like what they are showing, they may have some updated rooms but mine was not. The walls are real thin so you can hear the conversations going on in the room next door.

Room was not clean when we checked in. Dead bugs on floor and filter for AC over full with lint/durt/dust. Fridge didn't stay cold and freezer area didn't work (full of water). Mattress felt hard/old. Not much room to move around in room for family of 4.

Really nice staff quick check in and check out, no issues or problems at all. Room was really nice only thing I have to say I saw a couple of little bugs on the floor but really not a big of deal. Overall would recommend and would stay again.
