A/C was on when we checked in room was very very cold tried to switch it over to heat but it didn’t work called front desk they offered to bring us a space heater which I declined then they said to open up a window didn’t do that either because now it’s colder outside than inside Has the normal credit card type keys but went through 5 of them in 2 days

Wi-fi failed in early evening, and although they said they could detect the signal, at leat two of us were unable to log-in the entire evening and the next morning. Place was far from full, but they put us into a road-side room, and we listened to cars and trucks all evening and night. Although lakeside, there were a few places to sit near the water to enjoy the view, but the wooden chairs were uncomfortable and in poor condition. Only place on the Baraga side, but next time, should look to L'Anse side.

We were pleasantly surprised by how nice this property was. The lake view was wonderful. We found the restaurant and staff very accommodating. The pool was very nice. Would love to stay here again.

The staff was exceptional and extremely helpful throughout our stay during our car problem, very kind. Beautiful location,did not see any beach area, balconies would be a nice addition to bayside rooms.

The staff was amazing! They were very attentive and accommodating. Our room was clean with a beautiful view and comfortable bed. In regards to sleeping, it is quieter on the lakeside of the building with no noise from the road. We are repeat lodgers and hope to return in the future.
