This light-filled apartment is located in the Gothic Quarter, very close to Las Ramblas, Barcelona's most emblematic boulevard, which connects Plaza de Cataluña with the city's port.

Located on the 3rd floor, with no lift, this apartment offers a double bedroom, fully appointed bathroom with shower stall, lounge-dining room with a sofa and a kitchenette. Las Ramblas Apartments are fully equipped down to the last detail and their kitchens have all the necessary accessories to ensure a comfortable stay.

The main features in Barcelona's Gothic Quarter are the remains of the old Roman city and its medieval palaces and convents, a testimony of its splendorous past. Barcelona was the capital and seat of the Catalonian counts and monarch for five hundred years.

Thanks to its privileged position, it is possible to enjoy all the attractions of the city's centre and visit Barcelona's historical quarter on foot to see the Palau Güell, Plaza Cataluña, La Boqueria Market, the Cathedral and Plaza Sant Jaume, among other places of tourist interest.

It also has easy access to the train, metro and buses, as well as to medium and long-distance rail stations to visit places outside the city.

CHECK IN- In accordance with the Organic Law for the Protection of Citizen Security it is compulsory for all guests staying in tourist accommodation establishments to be registered by means of a national identity document or passport. This information will be notified to the police within 24 hours of your arrival.

- Access to our apartments will be provided either by using an App on your Smartphone or by introducing a code on the keypad you will find next to the entrance door.

- As soon as your booking is confirmed we will send you an email which will include an attached form which we ask you to fill in with your personal details and those of the other guests before making the payment and signing the rental agreement.

- 24/48 hours before your arrival and once the form has been completed you will receive a link to activate the keys.

- We would kindly inform you that our system is unable to generate the access codes until all the guest details are registered, full payment received, and the agreement signed and returned.

- Our apartments have noise measurement systems and night security.

- We ask you to keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am.

DEPOSIT- Your deposit payment will be returned within a maximum of 72 hours as soon as the vacated apartment has been checked.
