The hotel is located close to most of the museums, Cathedrals, and the beach (walking distance). The area was nice and the hotel was good! Their breakfast is also very good. Some of the staff are more friendly than others, but that is universal. My only suggestion would be, to upgrade the bottom part of the bath inside and outside. It seems to have some mold.

This is the 6th time we have stayed here. We LOVE it. The location, the rooms (312), the roof, the ease of walking everywhere, it is just great. It feels safe too. Close enough to the L4 line or the bus if you don't want to walk. You are surrounded by excellent bars and restaurants and there is nowhere we would rather stay than here! Check-in staff are absolutely lovely!

Mold found in the bathroom ventilation as well as on the wall and on the floor. Throughout the whole stay ventilation was terrible and resulted in us being sick during our whole vacation. Everytime we entered the room there was a pungent smell, which we suspect is caused by the mold in the room. Walls were very thin and we could hear everything from adjacent rooms, which interrupted our sleep regularly, resulting in sleep deprivation. Staff was good, but conditions were terrible. These poor conditions are resulting us to get medical attention, as we are still very ill from this stay.

convenient location to attractions nearby, but minimal amenities, like no hair conditioner, fridge, tissue box, etc. We didn't love our first floor room where people walking on the sidewalk were right near our window. It was so easy to hear and see people walking. We probably would have had a better stay if we weren't so close to the dark, graffiti-covered alley.

Great location! But way to expensive for a 3 star hotel which feel like a hostel. Not the worst but lots of small little things. - cleaning staff kept turning off the AC and in 38 degree heat, it was not nice to come into to. - shower drain broken, has to use fingers to pry it open. - cleaning staff didn’t knock and walked in on me while on the toilet - everyday our room keys would stop working and we would need to go back to the front desk - very uncomfortable beds, should not be charging over $200 per night anytime of year.

The room was comfortable, clean, and convenient. We were able to put our luggage in storage after check out, which was very convenient. The only issue was the A/C in the common areas and the lobby was not working properly and it was very hot outside. Other than that; no complaints. I would stay again!

Carlos at the desk needs to smile more. He is helpful but demeanour is poor. No towels supplied at the pool. Great food and drink on rooftop. Glass glasses would be nice in the room and a coffee maker please. Best pastries across the street at demitasse Wonderful location. Quiet and convenient.
