Perfect location
Grupotel Gravina is a total gem! It's right in the heart of the action, super close to Plaça de Catalunya and La Rambla. The rooms are really clean and spacious, shower was excellent and always warm. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Didn't try the breakfast, but the coffee from the lobby bar was excellent . Perfect spot for a family/solo trip or a romantic getaway. Definitely recommend!

The hotel is great but the rooms were a little small for a family of 4 (2 adults & 2 kids). Otherwise the location is great. Very clean and the staff is very helpful.

Lovely location, nice bathroom and good air conditioned rooms. Family room was very small, no room for bags and can't open the wardrobe. Kids bed not made up and TV didn't work.

Front of hotel and entrance was 3 stars, however the room itself was 2 stars. The rooms was extremely small and the shower was dirty (mold on tiles and rusty handicap shower handles). The decor in the room was also outdated and old.

Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable quiet room, very good location - quiet street but within walking distance of city centre. Only slight niggle was our magnetic key cards failed twice during our stay but they were quickly replaced at the front desk.

Nice boutique hotel. Very close to Las Ramblas, dining and shopping areas. Good value for the money. Courteous & accommodating staff. Excellent breakfast (extra cost). Clean facilities. Quiet area. Only problem is that air conditioning was not working properly during our stay. Temp outside was 26-27C and the temp inside was not lower than 23.5C. Lights also occasionally flickered and went off in one instance. Was online when lights flickered at one point, but was lucky I was not disconnected. Hotel should probably upgrade its electrical system (fuse box, perhaps) and also its A/C. Otherwise good, boutique hotel.

Invirtieron mi información con la de otra persona y me cobraron lo que esa persona consumió aunque le advertí a Front Desk sobre el error que había hecho con la información y le indiqué que no había consumido nada y me dijo que no había problema pero cuando verifico mi cuenta me había cobrado comoquiera. En otro tema, si piden una habitación para dos personas es sumamente pequeña, no caben las maletas comodamente, tuvimos que cambiar el cuarto pagado adicional para poder tener un poco mas de espacio.

Everything is great but I must warn about the ancient elevators. Insert at certain speed or you can’t go to your floor. That’s when it’s actually working. When it’s not on my last day, I had to walk up to 4th floor to sort my luggages. Then put luggage’s in elevator so my wife call them down to ground floor, while I walk myself back down. Modernize the elevator system and make this work. Basic
