Fantastic reception team at the hotel makes the experience much better, the credit goes to Eros, Olga, Esmeralda, Alex, Anna and anyone else we forgot who helped us everyday for various tasks for ourselves and the baby. I would highly recommend this location as it’s close by everything, walk < 15 mins and far enough from the noise so it’s peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast, gym and massage areas are also conveniently accessible without too much waiting or need of advance reservations.

Barcelona hotel

Very centrally located with excellent restaurant down the street. In great neighborhood on Avinguda (Avenida in Catalan) Diagonal. Special pastry shop around the corner, all natural and delicious. Highly recommended.

The hotel was average. Looked like it was nice once upon a time,, but now a lot of patch work around the room. Good location, friendly staff. However, couldn’t help get a different hair dryer as the one they have in rooms is terrible. Strained my hand holding the button down.

I really liked this property overall. Great location. Very safe, walkable, close to public transport and great shops and restaurants. The staff was very kind and spoke multiple languages to accomadate travelers. They were very helpful with luggage and calling taxis as well. The room was very nice. The beds were a bit hard for my liking, but that is personal preference. The only concern is that the building is not soundproof. Even with windows closed and 11 floors up, we could easily hear the traffic and hallway noise throughout the night as well as the people above us. Just bring some earplugs and the stay will be great!

The entrance is unique, it is that of an old movie theater, and the hotel staff are accommodating and very nice. The hotel staff are also willing to engage with the guests and help in ways that benefit you and your stay experience. The hotel is clean and the area has a number of restaurants to keep your options open.
