Discrimination for sunbeds at Hilton
When you want to enjoy sunbeds at the pool they have a few for free (where you maybe need to wait for 1h to get one) and some where they force you to spend 40€ per person on shisha or cocktails. Imagine you are a pregnat woman/ sober/ or enjoy healthy life you cannt stay there. Absolutly ridiculous and makes a discrimination enviroment. Overpriced hotel and not really worth it.

The Hotel and Rooms were nice. The only thing I did not like is when they tried to charge me twice for the room. One time was for the room checking out and I told the Hotel clerk that I already paid through Expedia and he said you are right, sorry about that. Now after I left Spain, my credit card was charged again-disputing this charge with my credit card company.

Unfortunately we were not able to get our room until 5pm on check-in day. Front desk staff were unorganized and do not have the proper technology in place to check whether rooms have been cleaned or not. Pool staff made us wait all afternoon for lounge chairs - writing down our room number wrong twice.

I felt really safe in the quiet area and the beach was a straight 7 min walk away from the hotel. I walked the neighborhood and visited local cafes. The food in the pool area of the hotel was excellent but the charge to sit around the pool is ridiculous. The mall across the street was convenient and so were the taxis that were always outside waiting. I would stay again. The front desk reception persons had attitudes, except 2 beautiful brown ladies not from Spain. The rest of the staff was excellent and hospitable.

Great stay
Wonderful stay. Although the hotel is several miles from downtown, it’s easy to access everywhere via the metro (buy a 48 hour ticket). Great pool, close to the beach and across the road from multiple restaurants. Only downside was reception which was always under staffed and long queues
