The staff and location is amazing. However the room I had was extremely small. I could fit my one suitcase and that’s it. There was no room for anything else. However it is right on La rambla and the metro is right next to the hotel so the location was extremely convenient and the staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast is average.

All the staff was very friendly. They put up with my Spanglish and praticing my Spanish. Breakfast option was a good choice.

We had 2 rooms traveling from L L’Escala. There were 4 people. 2 of there 4 would be going back to l escala so one of them didn’t bring identification. They would not let that couple check in and refused to issue a refund. Their booking confirmation never said it was required. On top of that the 2 of us that stayed had the worst room with garbage trucks and dog making noise until 1:30

We had a great time staying at ByPillow. It was clean and really close to everything. Once we checked out we could store our luggage in lockers in the reception area free of charge. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again and i would highly recommend it to any one 😊

Expensive and just ok
The front desk and coffee shop staff were very friendly. Room was clean but small. No extras were allowed like extra instant coffee packets or an extra pillow, even for a 4 night stay. Overall was fine but won’t recommend or return.

I’d really like to give this place 5 stars but it’s just not quite there. It’s clean. It’s newly remodeled. And the location is outstanding (just off mid-Las Ramblas). Howvever, the lack of 24 hour desk agent is a real setback. Check-in is 2:00 and not a minute before. There are free lockers available though to store your bags if your early. Wish I knew that going in.
