Place is excellent location. BUT. Offers a mediocre breakfast buffet with undrinkable coffee. THE worst are the beds. Probably bought at auction of old used beds. If you want a good nights rest go elsewhere.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. We love the location, the clean, cool rooms and the wonderful breakfast! The staff is friendly and helpful and the location is great. The area is a little sketchy but the hotel feels safe with locked lobby doors and someone always at the front desk. We ordered a taxi for our ride to the airport and it was right on time. Already planning to stay there next year!

Great location, walking distance to so much stuff. The room was nice and clean, i do suggest getting a 3 bed room if you want more space. Nice breakfast, not to many choices but it was nice not having to spend that additional money. Also they will store your luggage if you arrive early.

Our stay was good, nonetheless three issues, standard of rooms not having shower curtains, queen size is actually full size bed, dispensers in restroom, difficult to actually dispense. So we will not be staying here again.

Shocking customer service - Avoid

Average hotel massively let down by front desk staff. We booked a taxi to the port with them and were assured it would cost €15-18 when we got to the port we were charged €45! Raised it with the hotel but they weren’t interested. Don’t stay here.

Nice stay

Perfect location off La Rambla. Room was quiet. Breakfast was plentiful. We could leave our bags easily before and after. I wish there were extra pillows and a coffee machine (breakfast is at 8). All in all a nice independent property.
