We were close to subway stops and in the heart of the Gothic district. Much of what we came to see was walkable or a short metro ride.The front desk staff was very helpful.

No bottled water in room. Hair dryer did not work and the glass wall divider was not big enough when showered water flowed in the toilet area. Overall was clean. Receptionist were very helpful. Breakfast was a bonus.

Location is good. Any requests to the stuff gets a "No, not possible" answer. Early check in? - No. Can we have breakfast on the date of arrival rather than departure - No. We arrived to Barcelona at 6 am and checked in to this hotel at 3pm. We tried to have a nap only to be waken up by construction in the two rooms right next to our room. Stuff responded that the construction is not a big deal as they would wrap up before 5pm. So, hotel itself is ok but if you are out of luck if you have any help / requests or anything goes wrong

Room is exactly what I thought it would be for the price, nice, clean, and the location is great. Just very thin walls and you can hear the neighboring rooms, was loud at all hours.

Met all expectations….clean, safe, good breakfast and very well located to get around. First time for us in Barcelona and it was perfect!! Rooms are small but that is expected. No issues for two of us. ONLY suggested improvement is with the showers….somebody decided a 1/3 glass wall to act as the “door” was a good idea….its not. Bathroom floor was drenched after each shower but overall didn’t take away from quality of hotel. Great spot.

Used as staging for cruise planed, staff were very accommodating and stored our luggage until time to depart for cruise. Room was big and clean bit nothing eles . No tissue no carbage can in bathroom no coffee machine, no fridge just bare . Location is very nice great for getting to and from airport or cruise terminal.
