Good spot in Barcelona
Great place overall. Kind and helpful staff throughout the days we were there. It's located only 2-3 blocks from the metro station and only about 20 minutes from the train station (very convenient). Lots of good food choices around. My only gripe is a recurring phenomenon in most hotels we've stayed at throughout Spain, which is non-locking sliding doors to the bathroom. It doesn't keep in sound (or smell). I don't get it. It may be aesthetically pleasing, but not practical at all. I hate this trend!

Great place. Our only issue was that the AC had been shut down in November. However it was still unseasonably warm. They offered a fan but even with the fan it was still warm in the room. Never the less I would stay again

A paradise in Barcelona
Our stay was amazing! We unfortunately lost out on our first night in Barcelona due to flight delays but checked in the second day when we finally arrived and the staff were so courteous, kind, and communicative. I sent them a message through Hotels.com to alert them of our later arrival and they understood. The welcome drinks, bar credit, and surprise hotel room upgrade made our stay wonderful. We had lunch at the hotel cafe as well which was delicious. We would definitely come back!

The Entire staff was over the top friendly and helpful!!!! Nice and clean rooms with a good size bathroom. Good place to come back to after a full day exploring the city.

I didn’t like one of the receptionists. Our welcome (check in)was not a pleasant as it should be. Also, the distribution of the room isn’t ok. The stair to the bathroom is on the middle of the bed. Shower doesn’t have a complete door. Hotel is cute decorated. Relax and breakfast areas are beautiful. Staff bar a plus!! They were very polite!!

Really glad we decided to stay at this hotel. Staff was incredibly helpful. Area is a little more secluded than the Rombles-surrounding area but this was actually quite nice and the staff was helpful and able to get a cheap ride over to the main attraction areas of the city. Breakfast was particularly delicious and the staff also arranged for our ride to the airport with no issues.
