Hotel is well located, and near La Sagrada Familia. The metro station is within walking distance. Nearby there are lots of cafes, restaurants etc. Staff were friendly, breakfast is available at the hotel, however i chose to visit local nearby places. Rooms were clean and spacious. free wifi

The staff reception was not friendly. On our arrival they promised us to get our room shortly , but they kept us waiting for more than 2.5 hours until the room was ready . Also they charge fees for laguage storage if we wanted to leave. Something that is not that friendly for a family planning to stay for several days. There was an offer on the breakfast, but it looks that the items were reduced in the reduced price breakfast.

The room had a bath, safe and fridge all included in the room cost. Big, spacious room - although there was no view outside the window, but didn't bother me as I was mostly out and about.

El baño de la habitación no tenía jabón en el dispensador. El dispensador estaba bastante sucio, igual algunas areas del baño con cabellos. No tenía shampoo ni acondicionador tampoco. No habían botellitas de agua disponibles en la habitación.

I was very happy when I arrive Pablo was very nice and understanding that we were senior people arriving at a new place. Then Carlos and the ladies also very nice but I dont remember the names, something that we really like was your shower unlike the one in Madid with a bathtub and half a glass door no mat dangerous to fall.

Perfect location
This hotel is in a fantastic location. The room was great just to sleep in nothing fancy but does the job. We booked a king bed but got 2 singles pushed together. Breakfast was expensive and not nice I’d recommend walking round the corner to one of the bakeries.
