Hamburger breakdown!
I had a terrible experience in the rooftop pool restaurant. First, there was no staff at that pool bar. I had to go down to the restaurant on the ground floor so they could send staff up. I ordered a hamburger. After a long wait with a luke warm beer, I got my hamburger and cut the first bite. It was raw and cold inside. The staff had disappeared. I had to take my plate and take the elevator down to the lower floor and the restaurant there. I spoke to the butler who apologized and promised to come up with a new one. Back to the roof. A new hamburger arrived after 20 min. Cut up a piece. Same thing again. Completely raw and cold inside. I manage to call the waiter before he had disappeared and announce that this was unbelievable. Same thing again. Raw hamburger. He apologizes and announces that he will immediately get a new one. I'm waiting.... The waiter now came back with? .... the same hamburger I just cut a piece off. Now reheated. And with the same fries that have been going up and down the hotel for about 1 hour.... Not crispy directly! I go straight down and complain and get apologies from the manager with a promise to get the money back for the burger (not the beer). And receive a gift in the form of the hotel's own Cava as a goodwill gift. Unfortunately, the ice bucket is not sealed, so the shelf where the bucket stood is soaked and has soaked everything that was on the shelf: books, clothes etc. It didn't really work as a goodwill gift!
