De verdad me encanto el hotel muy limpio y agradable . Lo unico que me parecio muy seco o frio fue la interacion con los empleados muyyyyy friooooo no contacto alguno. Una accacion que baje al lobby la chica estaba en el telefono (Portatir) y no me atendio hasta que no termino la llamada (horrible) en el desayuno ningun tipo de opccion en una acacion se termino el huevo y el chico no repuso solo me comento se termino. (HORRIBLE) por lo demas muy bueno el hotel y muy bonito. Tenemos que prestar mas atencion al huespet por favor. Tenemos que hacerlo sentir en casa.

I stayed @ Hotel Sites Barranquilla from July 7th to 14th, 2024, and my experience was exceptional. Brenda at breakfast was invaluable, guiding me through Colombian delicacies and ensuring my special omelet without cheese. She was always smiling and provided great city recommendations. Andrews at the bar crafted spectacular drinks on my request, showcasing his mixology skills and friendly demeanor. Jon Jon and Natalia at the day shift reception offered impeccable, warm service, making check-in seamless and providing excellent local tips. Caesar and John on the night shift were equally exceptional, meeting all my needs and offering helpful advice for my date. The housekeeping staff, though I regret not catching their names, kept my room spotless and fresh daily. The hotel's large jacuzzi comfortably fits over 20 guests, and on quiet days, I managed to swim laps. The fitness room is well-equipped with excellent air conditioning. The efficient laundry service returned clothes within 24 hours. While the breakfast was delicious, it could use more variety. The hotel is in a new area near Riomar and Puerto Colombia, one block from the Marriott, with a Bancolombia, pharmacy, and several outstanding restaurants nearby. The security is top-notch, providing a safe environment. Thank you to Brenda, Andrews, Jon Jon, Natalia, Caesar, John, and the housekeeping team for making my stay so enjoyable. The hotel is fantastic with great decoration. The rooms are luxurious and reasonably priced. The staff are super friendly and provide excellent service. The bed and pillows are really comfy for a good nights sleep. I highly recommend it.
