Nice spacious room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bedding cover was quite chintzy and the heating unit rattled so loudly that we had to turn it off completely to get any sleep. Bathroom looks a little worn just with some discoloration around the tub drain (likely due to water staining). Great location and easy street parking.

There was garbage found in the room, we needed to call the front desk because the tv system was pretty crazy, 45$ parking, $3.00 water. Decent price and did have a hot tub though

The room was clean, the staff was courteous, the food in the restaurant/bar was good, although limited offerings, and the location was perfect!

The hotel areas and room were very clean and new-looking. The pool and hot tub were clean. Staff were very friendly and attentive. There were only 8 TV channels, no guide, and no video apps. We spent more time than we normally would relaxing in the room so it would have been nice to have some more choice in entertainment. We would stay again.

Hotel should offer breakfast, lunch, dinner & the bar open 7 days a week rather than just 5. Housekeeping should be offered daily not every other day unless hotel rates are lowered to reflect this drop in service. Staff were very good and helpful. Matt who works in Valet deserves a special shout out, very professional and helpful!

I am very tolerant of noise, but I've never known a hotel to have such thin walls. We could hear every--and I mean EVERY--sound of our neighbor's love making. And then we heard with great detail every word of their fight. It prevented sleep and the front desk laughed it off.
