Great location. But all the doors are scratched and the hotel isn’t in the best condition. Staff wouldn’t give us extra waters which I found absurd but they were quite helpful when my flight got canceled. 6/10. Would stay again just for location.

The staff were very friendly, valet folks were great too. Rooms were very basic, coffee creamers were weeks over expiration date on top, comforters very light, nothing notable about the rooms really. But, the location was unbeatable and it was clean. There is a snack area (super pricey) for those emergency snacks for late night munchies. The exercise room and pool looked clean and nice. We didn't use those this time around.

unfortunately, none of the charger plugs worked the USB ports also our tub head leaks, and it's sad that you have to lock the door. I understand security reasons, but it was sad. The door was locked.

The location was perfect - very walkable. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were very nice, but the bathroom could use some fixing. The tub had a rust ring, the ceiling was pealing, and the complimentary bath gel, shampoo, and conditioner were either empty or half full.

No parking, which means you have to use valet which is 45 a day! Breakfast was not free, gym and pool areas were nice but no instructions on how to access the gym, or turn on the hot tub jets.
