The hotel advertised several amenities that were simply not true. We were told the jacuzzi was open from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., but it was closed at 10:00 p.m. They also claimed to have a bar, but it was not open as advertised and is apparently only open Monday through Friday, not on Sundays. Breakfast was also advertised, but there was no breakfast available on Sundays or Mondays. None of this information was clearly disclosed beforehand. The jacuzzi itself was another serious issue. It was visibly dirty and appeared to have excessive chlorine. After using it, we developed skin rashes all over our bodies, which raises major concerns about cleanliness and health standards. On top of that, after connecting to the hotel’s front desk Wi-Fi, our phone was compromised, which is extremely alarming. Guests should be able to trust that the Wi-Fi provided by a hotel is safe and secure. Overall, the services and amenities advertised by this property were misleading, and the experience was unsafe, uncomfortable, and far from what was promised. This was not just poor service — it felt dishonest and unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here.

My rooms shades did not move, they would not cover the window at all so last night my three kids couldn’t sleep because of all the lights and we were woken up by the light at the crack of dawn. I want a partial refund of my stay. Called maintenance at 10pm and he couldn’t fix it. He seemed very confused.

Didn't have breakfast..but was greeted and offered. The bartender was amazing..we sat at a small table with our dog. She was so attentive to us with a full front bar. Even bringing our dog a treat! Of course she asked first.

Outside the front door were large planters with dead summer flowers. Horrible first impression. Christmas decor inside was cheesy, tired and would have been better throwing the pitiful Christmas tree away. Pride in appearence is critical to image.
