Was a great stay after the 5 days spent in Huntington Beach Hotel that was terrible see how this place holds up its standards clean and great place to stay.

Convenient and worthwhile stay

Facilities were updated, clean, and staff friendly. Gym was nice with plenty of equipment well maintained, clean and well lit. Would stay again.

The pool is slightly heated, so it felt amazing. And the jacuzzi was so clean and so warm. The pretzel bites at this location are beyond delicious and so is the cheese sauce that comes with it. The staff is phenomenal 10 out of 10

Could have been a better experience but the customer service was bad. I called to communicate something with front desk and had questions before checking in. He hung up on me in the middle of talking and then when I called back he knew it was me and left me on hold a long time. I think he said his name was Ziah. Just unprofessional for no reason. I worked in hotels for years and I couldn’t believe the rudeness of the staff. Same with when I checked in. The two girls were unprofessional also. The morning front desk person was great though! Besides all of that the hotel is clean and nice.
