They were very clean rooms and they were great to deal with.
I have stayed there over the years and will continue. Some of the rooms do need new rugs and updating.
Great service for the price
AC unit will help on the summer.

Solid Motel
It is a motel...so if you're looking for luxury, go elsewhere. The office is not staffed 24/7, so if you're arriving late, call ahead and they'll leave your room key out for you. The bathroom door was off its hinge a little bit and would not close all the way. Other than that though, the room was quite clean and spacious. For the price, I'd stay here again.
The Villager Motel was a very good value and in a great location for hiking. We just needed a place to stay in the area and it worked out great. Our hiking choices for the two days were just down the road so it was very convenient.
Very nice hotel .Everything is great no worries-stay there !

Overnight at The Villager Motel
Good, accesible, quiet and clean place for an overnight stay during a leaf-pepping family roadtrip. Room was very clean with enough space for three adults. Pricey in my opinion, I guess it was because of the season. We went the first week of October.
Checking in was easy and quick. The bathtub was not clean, stains, and there were used shampoo gel tubes in the tub. There was not any body gel or shampoo in the tub dispenser. The sheets were clean but worn. There were bare spots in the curtains and the windows were closed, but several unlocked upon arrival. It is a 2-star property, but the reviews made set expectations higher than reality. It is located in a rural area away from much of the dining but central to the two major park areas and dining.
I had a mixed feeling about this Villager Motel. Old fashioned interior but they were lots of good quality fixtures, linens. There were 5 pillows, tons of towels but not even one single hanger. Heater wasn't working but a portable heater was provided. There were coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator inside the room which was a thumb up. This is a family owned business and they should speak English in front of their customers.
