Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung, das Personal im Frühstücksraum war überfordert. Es gibt keinen Filterkaffee, nur noch aus einem Automat. Das heist anstellen, und wie diese Maschinen innen Aussehen???? Es gibt keine Rechnung beim Einchecken (ich war nur eine Nacht da). Und beim Auschecken ist man überfordert. Anstellen, und die Daten fehlen, obwohl man den Meldeschein ausgefüllt hat.

Every two weeks I travel to my property in Italy and Basle is the perfect midway point from Calais so to find the Carathotel in the perfect location just off the motorway with a large free car park is fantastic.Always friendly staff (even during Covid)large rooms with the very much appreciated bathtub.But as others have mentioned the breakfast choice and quality is my main reason for staying there. I think it offers incredible value for money also.
