We had a great experience. Brenda tye breafast lady was so personal and enjoyablento get to know each morning. She did an amazing job taking care of everyone each morning and the breakfast experience was top notch.

I like staying here; the rooms are clean and comfortable, and have good (not great) noise control, better than most similarly priced hotels. Weekday breakfast is better skipped, but the lobby coffee is decent. If you aren’t traveling in rush hour traffic, it’s not a bad location to get to and from.

Elevators were not working (probably due to recent storm) and no coffee was available during breakfast hours. Aside from that, the room and property were very clean and all of the staff were very nice and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

We've been staying here for the last 5 or 6 years due to we have doctors appointment in New Orleans but we don't like to stay in New Orleans but this place is slowly running down we stayed last night I hope no one stay in room 209 unless someone is with you because the bathroom door stick bad and you can't get out tv don't work beds or terrible AC don't keep you cool room didn't smell fresh like stay use to you guys needs to improve
