The hotel was very clean, staff was friendly. Such a beautiful hotel, recently remodeled. If I have any complaints the pillows were not good, flat no support & the sheets were very rough. For the price that I paid I expected more high quality sheets, I have better thread count sheets at home.

Very clean and updated. Expected more holiday decorations. Didn’t feel like they were ready for the city’s tree lighting ceremony. Not festive at all compared to the old hotel. Big disappointment since that is why we stayed there, to get into the holiday spirit.
